This week in Japanese class, i learned about the particle やand when to only use it between two nouns. To show a continuation of all the things you may like, not just two specific things. (and so on) not (and). the most fun thing that happened this week and my greatest success this week was when we started our newspapers. I am not the best drawer but it was fun to create a story. The difference between ～たいです and ～たがっています is that ～たいです is when your describing what YOU want to do, and ～たがっています is when your describing what SOMEONE ELSE wants to do.
- 私は東京に行きたいます
- メアリーさんは日本に行きたがっています
